kure kure takora クレクレタコラ [series]

baka takora no batsu!

257 episodes of mad japanese childrens tv.
each episode is 2 and a half minutes long.
basically it is about an octopus who steals stuff,
runs around with his mate annoying the neighbours,
likes getting into fights
then getting dizzy and falling down.

ok, so there are a few main characters here
some of which i get what they are
some of which i didnt have a f*cking clue at first
what they were meant to be and had to look it up.

takora - a greedy red octopus who likes to steal stuff and generally be a d*ck to everyone
oh yeah, and he can transform into anything (usually a rock or bush to hide from debura)
chonbo - a squash who gets in trouble with takora and often recieves a good old beating
tororo - gross looking jelly fish who actually resembles more the squidgey sh*t inside
a clam. he sqwarks like a cross between a dolphin and a demonically possessed goat.
monro - slutty pink walrus that takora desperately wants to marry
denbura - fat ass badger who is the useless chief of police / town sherif
(takora steals his guns all the time to shoot chonbo with)   ????!!
biragon - an iguana who likes manga and always has something takora wants to pinch
ikari, herahera, shikushiku - the sea cucumber gang.

if those characters alone dont make you want to watch how about
hearing some of the things they get up to:

*takora and chonbo often dress up in their sunday best -
hats, canes, bow ties, smoking pipe etc
*tororo steals milk then takora to chonbo get busted for it
*monro gets it on with all of them at different times
(sometimes two or three different guys in one episode)
*takora goes on a mental rampage that wasnt aired on fuji tv in the end    !!
*takora beats the sh*t out of chonbo because he thinks he and monro are getting married
*there is a relay race for which takora spend most of trying to fish his baton out of the river
*takora and chonbo find a cuckoo clock bomb BAKUHATSU! (baka no batsu!)
*takora and chonbo steal all the cucumber gangs food and have a picnic of their own
*takora and chonbo lock denbura up in his cell so they could run around with his gun for a while..   ..?
*the sea cucumber gang dig up an unexploded war head!!!
*the vending machine punches takora
*the sea cucumber gang form a mexian band trio complete with sombreros
*takora and chonbo steal the beach ball by distracting monro with a butterfly on a string.
(i wasnt aware pink slutty wallruses were like cats)
*takora shoots fish out the sky with a shot gun
   - seriously who the f*ck let him have a shotgun?!
*theres a benny hill chase round the tree
*theres a benny hill chase round the vending machine
*theres a benny hill chase with chonbo, denbura, tororo, takora, and a hyperdermic needle
(which results in takora getting it stabbed in his head)!!!!!!
*denbura deliberately electrocutes takora                            ...majide.

most episodes end with takora thwarted collapsed on a tree stump

his head is massive

tororo wa honto ni kimoi

kure kure roughly means gimme gimme or i want i want
and that describes the nature of this little red sh*t pretty well.
his mate squash is a bit of an idiot but then i never thought root vegetables looked
particularly intelligent.

i would like to know why the jelly fish sqwarks like a complete mental.

i really like the episode where biragon is laughing loads about his manga
so takora kure kure!! wants to read it - mochiron
biragon wont let him see so takora goes off to make his own
(writing baka biragon etc)
biragon comes over when he hears takora laughing and they swap books
takora thinks he's got one over on the stupid lizzard and sits down to read
only to find the manga biragon was finding so funny
said baka takora and the such like insults on every page

his head is so big when he gets tired from running about he has to rest it on stuff
(i like it when he plocks it on chonbo)

this program is genius.
i love that the main character is such a d*ck.

after digging my vegetable patches and cutting down that f*cking budlia plant again
i welcomed the stupid tv break and watching 20 odd episodes of this in a go is not a chore.
