instead of reviewing these two shorts, i thought i would just post them up here. i could tell you about them but it would be better to watch them instead right?
this is a short film directed by Kim Jho KwangSoo and produced by the studio Generation Blue Films - Korean Gay Men's Human Rights Group Chingusai. It is the first of a pair, this one is called Boy meets Boy.

Ye JiWon - Singing cupid fairy woman
two boys on a bus, a roll of film from one of the boy's camera falls on the floor and rolls about between the two of them, it is all nervous glances and knowing looks, there is no spoken dialogue, a mad ass fairy who sings about the dangers of hooking up with a stranger on the street, lots of singing and dancing in the park by a ton of extras, um, im not really sure what was going on. but it was very cute.

this is the other short film also directed by Kim Jho KwangSoo and produced by Generation Blue Films, the second of the pair, this one is called Just Friends.

It starts of with a sudden colouful trot performance on a bus - no idea why - thats just how it is. Then we jump into the story and meet one of the main guys on his way to visit the other who is in the army. Various things transpire and we have an 'obvious theyre gonna get caught any second' type situation and we get to see how thing all pan out for the couple and their families as they haphazzardly come out. its another very cute short film.
